Welcome!

You are probably wondering if it is really possible to earn money online? Well the truth is that there are many scam-sites out there but thank god there are a good few which are trustworthy and pay their members.

April 1st 2008, that's when i first started to search for online money making opportunities. Like everyone, i was searching in Google like crazy. Most of the time i stumbled upon the "Paid-to Industry". Paid to websites basically pay you(a few cents)for doing certain things online. There are many "Paid to" programs, most popular amongst them are: Paid to click, Paid to complete offers or surveys, paid to read e-mails, paid to post, paid to write, paid to watch movie clips, paid to drive your car, paid to leave your PC running, and so on.
However the most popular of them all are the "Paid-to-click" websites.

I've categorized the online earning opportunities into 4 categories:
-there are others as well but these are the most popular

Paid to Click (PTC)
Over the past year thousands of websites appeared out of the blue, and most of them just how they appeared, they dissapeared taking large amount of money with them. This turned into a habbit from well known scammers. Many ppl have lost huge amounts of money and nobody could do anything about it.
That's why i decided to start this website, to test&approve online money making websites and to offer detailed information as well as payment proofs for the public.

Ok, as i said before, there are hundreds of PTC websites out there, but only 2%, yes that's right, only 2% of all of them are trustworthy and truly pay their members and on time. Paid to click websites offer you incentives for clicking their sponsored ads. Values range between $0,005-$0,02/click, however this depends on your membership. Most PTC sites offer $0,01/click and $0,005/refferal click for standard members, upgrading your account usually gives you more ads to click and $0,01/refferal click thus doubling your refferal earning. Prices for Premium memberships also vary from site to site. It can start as low as $50/year and can go up to $890/year (that's right, $890).

All PTC sites make their payments through certain payment processors, most popular are Alertpay and Paypal. You will need to register an Alertpay or Paypal account in order to get your payments. Don't worry, it's free.

Before joining any PTC i STRONGLY suggest you first read their "Terms of Service". There you can find all information about that site, like payment info on cashout threshold and processing time. If there is no "Terms of Service" then i suggest you get the hell out of there. Also, use different passwords at every PTC you register, you can never be sure if it's a phishing site, and you don't want your alertpay account to be emptied. Now, there are a couple of signs which to look at to distinguish a good PTC from a bad, scammer PTC.

Signs of a good PTC:
  • Unique design
  • Increased ad viewing security
  • Forum
  • Refferal renting
  • Low cashout (starting at $1 and up to $5)
  • Instant payments for both standard and premium members
  • Reasonable advertising prices
  • Been online for at least 3 months
-if it's a good PTC it's reputation will rise automatically since the members are promoting it to gain refferals.
-these are just signs, the above elements does not necesarily mean that it's a trustworthy PTC

Signs of a bad, scammer PTC:
  • Copied design (everyone can buy a PTC script nowadays, the problem is that if one can't build a PTC script himself or at least edit it and make it somewhat original, then one cannot possibly maintain it to become sustainable)
  • Low or no security at all
  • No forum
  • Selling refferals instead of renting them (obviously bots)
  • High cashout threshold (starting at $10 and i've even seen scam site cashout level at $10000!)
  • Manual payments (for example: Premium users will be paid in 30 business days, Standard members will be paid in 60 business days. Now that's a big NO, why the hell should i wait 4 months for a few bucks?!?! Stay away from that kind of PTCs)
  • Low advertising prices (if it doesn't at least cover the amount needed to pay the users who are clicking them then it's sure as hell a scam site.)
  • "Just launched" (This doesn't necessarily mean that it's a scam site. My advice, don't register on any new-appeared PTC, wait for a while, see how it behaves, it maybe gone by the end of the week you know :)

Affiliate programs
Ok, so if you want to earn more, not just pennies let's leave the Paid to Industry behind and go for "Affiliate programs". These can be about anything, almost any business site has an affiliate program.

Basically you receive a special url and you have to promote it. If a person signs up using your special url, you will receive a commision which can be a fixed amount or a percent of the sold product (it depends on the affiliate website). Best affiliate programs in my opinion are in the gambling industry, because people usually gamble large sums of money so you will receive larger commissions.

In order to become a successful affiliate you first need to have a good website. You can have a free website using a subdomain from a free website provider and linking it to a .tk domain, or you can buy a domain but not necessarily the hosting because there are great free hosting companies out there which offer professional hosting as well as "online site builders"(very useful for those who don't have any webdesign knowledge, i.e myself).

Once you've set up your website you will need to promote it. Again, if you aren't willing to invest you can promote your website: by adding proper keywords to it so it can be easily picked up by search engines like Google; by promoting it manually on free traffic exchanges; by promoting your website on social networks like Digg, Hi5, MySpace or Facebook. Hard to find friends on your social networks? Don't worry, there is a tool for that also, check out TheToolSmith.

If you have some spear cash you can promote your website on Paid to click sites or Google Adwords. These are the best but are quite expensive. Anyway, you decide how to promote your website, but remember, high traffic to your website is the key to become a successful affiliate.
